No, Silvergrass Place does not have any age restrictions for its homeowners or residents.

Is there public sewer?
No, Silvergrass Place is serviced by a community sewer line that is maintained by the Association rather than the town, and each homeowner’s sewer usage fees are included in their monthly condo fee. More information on this can be found in the Condo Declaration, Section E (iii) Sewer Main.

What can I do with my Limited Common Area?
You can:

Have a garden. You can have a flower, vegetable, fruit, and/or herb garden in one area not exceeding 10’x10’ in the rear of the home. You cannot have a raised bed or trees and the garden must be well maintained. Refer to the condo documents for more information about gardens in your Limited Common Area (LCA).

Have a shed that adheres to the parameters outlined in the condo documents.

Have a swing set that adheres to the parameters outlined in the condo documents.

Have a hot tub that adheres to the parameters outlined in the condo documents.
You cannot:

Have a fence, unless it is an electric (invisible) fence, which must be coordinated with the Association’s landscaper/irrigation company.

Have a pool, whether above ground or inground.

Yes, you can have up to two common household pets per unit.
